Recrew Personnel ("Recrew", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through recrewpersonnel.com and our recruitment and training services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• Candidates: name, contact details, resume, work history, education, skills, current and expected role, notice period and any other information you choose to share.
• Employers and clients: contact person details, company name and hiring requirements.
• Training enquiries: name, contact details, programme of interest and organisation.
• Technical data: IP address and basic server logs used for security and spam prevention.

2. Why we use it

• To assess your profile and contact you about relevant job opportunities.
• To share your profile with a prospective employer, only after discussing the role with you.
• To respond to hiring requirements and training enquiries.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Consent and legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or send us your details, or for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with prospective employers (with your agreement), with service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep candidate data for as long as it is useful for matching you with opportunities, or until you ask us to delete it. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to access a summary of your data, correct or update it, have it erased, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. You may also raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Recruitment fraud warning

We contact candidates only from @recrewpersonnel.com email addresses or our listed phone number. If anyone asks you for money in Recrew's name, please verify with us at info@recrewpersonnel.com.

9. Contact and grievances

For privacy requests or grievances, write to info@recrewpersonnel.com with the subject "Privacy request". We aim to respond within the timelines required by law.
